4. Deshpande Educational Trust, Hubli.




Established in 2010, the Deshpande Educational Trust (DET) strives to develop the human capital that powers enterprises and innovation. The Trust seeks to address the grave need for skilled and motivated employees and entrepreneurs in the next generation of community and economic development. DET programs impart leadership training and skill development training to charter a new path for local youth to experience entrepreneurship first hand, imbibing global standards of efficiency and excellence.

DET provides a holistic vibrant learning experience for youth. A prime example is the awe-inspiring Energy Park showcasing all types of renewable energy generation for training as well as an educational experience for the public. This spectacular park will be spread over 6,000 acres and includes solar, hydro, wind and biomass energy demonstration units, presenting the end-to-end process of power generation for the green economy.
With India setting a massive target of achieving 100 GW of solar power by 2022, DET has stepped in by training youth from 2nd and 3rd tier cities in installation and maintenance of utility scale as well as rooftop solar plants.

Master of Social Entrepreneurship (MSE)
The Master of Social Entrepreneurship (MSE) is a two-year residential program affiliated with Karnatak University Dharwad and approved by the Government of Karnataka.  With more than twenty-five courses and 100 credits, MSE offers students essential skills in social innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership development and business practice taught by scholars and practitioners who actively engage in leading enterprises and promoting entrepreneurship.

Sandbox
The aim of the Sandbox is to create an environment where unconventional approaches to addressing social innovation is encouraged. The value of the Sandbox lies in its ability to identify synergies and explore potential collaborations among the catalyst network. 5. Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati



Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. The main aim of the Institute is to provide training, research and consultancy activities in Small and Micro Enterprises (SME), with special focus on entrepreneurship development. The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE)  registered under the Societies Registration Act,1860  was established in the year 1993 in Guwahati by the erstwhile Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), Government of India. The Institute began operating from April 1994 with the North East Council (NEC), Governments of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland and SIDBI as its other stakeholders.
 
IIE has been transferred to the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship on 22nd May’2015.
 
Highlights
·  Designing and organising training activities for different target group and undertaking research in the relevant to entrepreneurship.
·  Improving the efficiency, effectiveness & delivery of the change agents & development practitioners i.e. trainers, support organizations engaged in enterprise building. etc.
