  • Mentoring for diversity and inclusion: Having a diversified workforce is a must today if you are to maintain an edge globally. One of the most important benefits of having people from different backgrounds is that you can interact and reach out to a wider client base. Now, it may seem to you that creating a diversity mentorship program is a daunting task.
